PLC control system
The grinding and gouge machine utilizes Siemens PLC (S7-300) system. To make it easy to operate the machine, the transmitter cabinet control mainly depends on hand-held operation box control. Transmitter cabinet is located on the back of machine, each function grinding & gouge head and accessories are with separate fast interface. Pneumatic unit: air source 0.4~0.8mpa, it is with oil-water separator. Elements are using SMC brand. Grinding/gouge head coordinate control is driven by continuous manual variable frequency. The consistent pressure relocation mechanism can remove the beam deflection during grinding and gouging, which means the abrasive wheel is always perpendicular to the axis of the vessel. Required Linear velocity of vessel roller is 0.1-3m/minute during grinding or gouging
