Pipe Spool Fabrication Line have seven steps:blasting→cutting→beveling→fitting-up→welding→non destructive testing→paint spraying.

1. Blasting machine.We need know the workpice size,the weight,the material and clean level of the workpiece.Then we can offer suitable machine to you.

2. Cutting machine

  There are three types of cutting machine,are Band saw cutting machine,5Axis CNC flame and plasma cutting and profiling machine and Cutting and beveling all in one.

  B, Band saw machine is cold cutting, suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel,there are four lines are 2-24'',8-32'',12-48'' and 24-60''.It’s PLC control,with fixed length function.

  C, 5Axis CNC flame and plasma cutting and profiling machine is hot cutting,suitable for carbon steel.It’s also PLC control.

Chuck type plasma and flame cutting and profiling machine 

  3, A,Beveling/Facing machine groove shape are J,U,V,X and so on.It’s PLC or CNC control.Suitable workpiece dimensions are 2-16'',4-24'',8-32'',12-48'',24-48'' and 24-60''.

B.Cutting and beveling all in one is cold cutting,and there are three lines are 2-16'',2-12'' and 2-8''.

4. Multiple function Fitting-up station with two fitting-up machine

5.Welding machine,the welding procedure is Root pass→Filling→Capping,there are two types of welding machine: split type and cantilever type.

6.Containerized type NDT unit

7.Painting spraying booth to achieve.
